Meet the Dentist & Staff from Smile Exchange of Springfield
Dr. Michael L. Bundy, DMD Chief Dental Officer and CEO of Smile Exchange, LLC
After receiving his dental degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Dr. Bundy completed a one year residency in Advanced Education General Dentistry as part of the United State Navy, where he served on active duty for 4 years. After his military deployment he joined a group practice in Portland, OR as a general dentist.
Returning to the East Coast several years later, Dr. Bundy served as a Dental Director for two different large group practices. Wanting to expand his knowledge and skill set he purchased a private practice which he owned for almost 9 years that focused on cosmetic and family dentistry. In 2015, he became the Clinical Director of Smile Exchange. Dr. Bundy is very proud of his additional education in Implants, Oral Surgery, and Digital Dentistry as he feels that continuing education is vital in order to maintain the highest level of patient care. Out of the office Dr. Bundy enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Victoria Crow, DMD Dentist
Dr. Victoria Crow, DMD, joined Smile Exchange in our Warrington location back in 2016 and transferred to our Springfield practice in January, 2019.
Dr. Crow obtained her DMD from the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. Graduating cum laude, she also received the award for excellence in operative dentistry. Dr Crow places great emphasis on building relationships with her patients and is always eager to learn new innovative ways to ensure the highest levels of patient-centered care.
She is a member affiliated with the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Dental Society of Chester County and Delaware County. In her spare time, Dr. Crow enjoys swimming, basketball, and volleyball.

Erica Office Manager
Erica joined Smile Exchange in 2017 with 10 years of dental experience and an extensive office background working with accounts receivable.
Erica lived in Delaware County before moving to New Jersey with her husband and three children. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Asia Dental Assistant
Asia decided to pursue a career in dental assisting in 2016 and graduated from Allstate Career School. She loves to work with her patients and helps them to become more confident in their smiles.
Asia resides in Delaware with her three beautiful children and husband. She loves traveling with her family in her free time.
Gina Dental Assistant
Gina has been a dental assistant for five years. She has experience in general dentistry as well as pediatric dentistry, endodontics, implants, and oral surgery. She plans to continue her education and become a dental hygienist.
Gina was born and raised in South Jersey. In her free time, Gina enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
Katie Hygienist
Katie came to Smile Exchange in September of 2018 and holds a BS in Education from Immaculate University and an Associates of Dental Hygiene from Harcum University, where she made the dean’s list. She has been practicing since 2016.
Outside of work, she is passionate about fitness and travel and enjoys spending time with her new puppy named Summer.
Rebecca Registered Dental Hygienist
Rebecca started with Smile Exchange when the office first opened back in 2015. She attended Camden County College in Blackwood, NJ and Ramapo College of NJ.
She is a recent homeowner in the Philadelphia area and enjoys hiking, biking, and traveling to exotic locations. Her favorite part of practicing hygiene is interacting with her patients.
Stacy Patient Experience Coordinator
Stacy joined Smile Exchange in the fall of 2019 with 15 years of experience in the dental field.
She lives in Delaware County with her puppy, Roxy, and two cats, Skitz and Raven. Outside of work she enjoys being around other animals and occasionally volunteers at the Providence Animal Shelter.
